Green tea has antioxidant effect that slows the cellular aging and cleanses the skin impurities. Stevia slightly lowers blood pressure and helps in increasing the body’s immunity system. A recent study has concluded that stevia showed minimal to no effects on blood glucose, insulin levels and body weight. It contains many sterols and antioxidant compounds, including kaempferol that can reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer by 23%. This tea can be brewed multiple times, and you can increase the water temperature with later steeping. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
One teaspoon of loose tea per cup of boiling water.
Steep 3-4 minutes.
