If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, incomplete, or not current or if www.sanatanorganic.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, and not current or not in accordance with the User Agreement, www.sanatanorganic.com  has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide you with access to the Website and/or take such action against you as it may deem fit.

That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by www.sanatanorganic.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you and you shall pay such additional cost.

That you will use the services provided by www.sanatanorganic.com , its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Website and transacting on the Website.

You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. www.sanatanorganic.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), www.sanatanorganic.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of www.sanatanorganic.com and or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever and/or take such action against you as it may deem fit.

That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.

That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation of offer included in the item’s description.

Usage Restrictions

You shall not use the Website for any unlawful or unpermitted purpose including the following purposes:

Quantity Restrictions

www.sanatanorganic.com reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied. www.sanatanorganic.com also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any one as it may deem fit.

Exactness Not Guaranteed

www.sanatanorganic.com hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user.

Pricing Information

While www.sanatanorganic.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. www.sanatanorganic.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, www.sanatanorganic.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, www.sanatanorganic.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and www.sanatanorganic.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. Www.sanatanorganic.com may process payment against your order prior to the dispatch of the order, and  payment account may be debited prior to www.sanatanorganic.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your payment  account.

Reduced price will be inclusive of GST, unless otherwise mentioned

In case of mispricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue may occasionally be mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item, or shall provide a refund of the difference amount. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we may at our sole discretion, cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation by www.sanatanorganic.com

Please note that there may be certain orders that we may be unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department etc. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in the source account. By placing an order with us, You, the customer agree not to dispute the decision made by Sanatan Organic and accept Sanatan Organic’s decision regarding the cancellation as final and binding.

• Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval has been given through feedback@sanatanorganic.com

Cancellation of Fraudulent Orders

To provide a safe and secure shopping experience, we regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, www.sanatanorganic.com reserves the right to cancel pending and future orders without any liability. Any promotional voucher used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.

Cancellation BY YOU
Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase:
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of your purchase by visiting your “My Account” section and cancelling a COD/ pending order or writing to us at feedback@sanatanorganic.com for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email and the bonus used if any will be reverted to your account automatically.
By placing an order with us, You, the customer agree not to dispute the decision made by Sanatan Organic and accept Sanatan Organic’s decision regarding the cancellation as final and binding.

Cancellation after 24 Hours is over:
We need you to understand that on the basis of your consent (written/ verbal), we place the order with the brand, thus cancelling the order by you beyond 24 hours is a double loss of revenue for us and we would not be in a position to accommodate such cancellation requests.
However, in exceptional cases, subject to our discretion, we may decide on accommodating such requests on a case to case basis upon receipt of an email from you stating the order number and the reasons for cancellation. Our decision in this respect will be final and binding.

Please note:
For cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order, if approved by us, the bonus used if any is not reverted and in case of Prepaid order, the money is reflected back in your account wallet in form of purchase credits.
By placing an order with us, You, the customer agree not to dispute the decision made by Sanatan Organic and accept Sanatan Organic’s decision regarding the cancellation as final and binding.

Please note: Refusal or repeated refusal of COD orders might lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.

Cancellations Under Express Sale:
Request for order cancellations under Express Sale will not be accepted under any circumstances as we start the process for dispatch as soon as order is received by us. By placing an order with us, You, the customer agree not to dispute the decision made by Sanatan Organic and accept Sanatan Organic’s decision regarding the cancellation as final and binding.

Returns/ Exchange through courier collection:

Returns

Items must be unused, unadulterated and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including polyester bags, Cartons. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:

If the return is due to some issue (not an error on our part), it is the member’s responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a discount coupon. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 150/kg. All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back. Our discretion in respect of the above will be final.

Please note Sanatan Organic will not be liable for any damage that may happen in transit.

Returns can be made in the following ways:

1. 1. Courier the product(s) to Sanatan Organic
   2. Intimate us so that we can pick up (serviceable pin-codes only) the product(s) from your doorstep.

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 24 hours from the receiving your parcel.

After validating your return request we will send you an email authorizing a return. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit of the appropriate amount within 10 working days. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of us receiving the return package from you.

Refunds are made as follows:

1. 1. If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque.
   2. If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
   3. When a refund is to be made due to issues from customer’s end then the amount is refunded in the form of store credits.

Please Note: Sanatan Organic will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.

-When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail

-At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure mail

Financial Details

You agree, understand and confirm that the credit / debit card details or other payment or financial details provided by you for availing of services on www.sanatanorganic.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit /debit card or financial facility which is not lawfully owned / obtained by you. You also understand that any financial information submitted by you is directly received by our payment gateway/ acquiring bank and not stored by www.sanatanorganic.com. To the extent permitted by applicable law, www.sanatanorganic.com will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you. All information collected by us shall be governed as per our Privacy Policy.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Www.sanatanorganic.com and its associated payment gateway/acquiring bank or financial institutions reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Website fraudulently. Www.sanatanorganic.com and its associated payment gateway/acquiring banks or financial institutions reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Website and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.

When you visit the Website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Website. Termination
